”Great place to stay ”

”Was fairly nice I'd say the only thing or things I didn't like was the extra $45 parking but if you download the app spot hero you'll be able to find cheaper parking around you and for breakfast you had to pay an extra $31 but otherwise in that the room was excellent although at first the staff said I didn't pay for a City View room but I showed them my Expedia purchase and they gave me the City View room the pool and gym were awesome The View was awesome they should add a hot tub to the pool...

”The room wasn’t fully clean, the hot tub water wasn’t clean the foam was a grey color, the fridge door was broken and the fridge was missing the nozzle that’s used to change the temperature of the fridge. ”

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”It was busy at breakfast time but after half hour and flagging waiter down he still wouldn’t come over. I talked with management but they wouldn’t give any vouchers or anything since we had to leave to get to hospital.”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”in a great location, with beautiful rooms and views! shower situation is weird as the wall is blurred but shown to the whole room. if your bed is next to the shower side of the bathroom be prepared to be woken up with how bright it will be as the wall is blurred not a legit wall.”
