”The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Great location, the walk to the Mayo Clinic was super easy. ”The ad lead us to believe it was on the 2nd story and it turned out out to be 3rd floor so 3 flights of stairs. Had to walk by the dirty laundry to get up to the room. Got to the room put in the code and the bed is not made, there’s someone’s luggage spread out all over and someone is obviously still not checked out of the room. Tried to contact the host and number was no longer in service. Got ahold of vrbo customer service eventually and they did give our money back after having to go back...
