”The family room worked well for our one-night stay in Bath. Weirdly, the room was equipped with towels and cups only for two guests. The spa is actually pretty nice in the hotel. It is also very well situated. ”

”I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again.”

”Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too.
Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast.
Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street...

”Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly & attentive staff, brilliant rooms, exceptional views and the BEST breakfast. Want to base all my interior decor on this hotel going forward because it was just that elegant and well thought out. Lovely little walk into town. The hotel and location perfectly allowed me to romanticise my rainy January birthday! Very special place and would recommend to anyone. ”

Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us!
