”We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. ”A really good location to stop overnight and very happy with the room. Breakfast was delivered in a hamper box outside our room and was rather disappointing. No egg/cold meats option. The main option was oats with fruit. We ordered with banana and strawberry. Tiny amount of strawberry and the banana slices were dried and chewy. But the evening meal was good honest pub grub.”
