”The room and common areas were tidy. But shower had barely a drip of water coming out, also it was difficult to get warm (not hot, not cold) water and the sink was the size of my palm. Shower was right next to toilet and there was nothing to wipe the floor with. Bed was creaky, but pillows good. Air-con worked. Enough space to put luggage in the room. My reservation mentioned room with a balcony, but I was not given one. I don't mind. But if you book, make sure you get a balcony if that's what...

”We stayed here for a night on our tour of Bulgaria and Romania. It was conveniently located, was modern and very clean. The room didn't have great sound insulation but the others in the hotel were quiet so we never had an issue. We just noted it when we were in the room that we could hear people outside quite well. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and the staff was very attentive.”

"My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV and not the one in the side? So basically you can not connect your device with HDMI"
