”I loved the kitchen area and my room was very cozy. Appreciated all the free tea. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful gave me a rundown of all the amenities. Location is perfect. Easily walkable to from the central bus station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would totally book here again.”

”Excellent location right by the Lion Bridge. Metro is just a few steps away. Cafes, shops around and convenient location to walk to the centre of the city as well as the Sofia bus stations. Hotel itself was a bit weary, room was spacious but some problems with a leaking shower. Personnel was helpful and very nice. Overall I would absolutely recommend for those with a lower budget to stay in this hotel for its very strategic location and services around! I had a pleasant stay.”

”We stayed at HillHouse Plovdiv for one night before continuing our trip toward the Black Sea, and we would absolutely stay here again! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. They saved a parking spot for our rental car, parked it for us, and helped bring our luggage to the room. ”Se cercate personale gentile, collaborativo e cordiale ed un luogo semplice questo fa per voi.
Purtroppo nella nostra camera non arrivava acqua calda, ci hanno mandato un tecnico che ha sistemato sporcando tutto e non hanno ripulito, per scusarsi ci hanno offerto una camera vista mare.
La colazione inclusa non è a buffet, include un toast o le uova o yogurt (a scelta) e una spremuta. La cosa che non avevano notato dalle foto è il bagno con la doccia a pavimento (un disastro!!), abbiamo chiesto...
