”i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!”

”This is the best hotel in the area north of the loop. This is my 3rd stay here. The location is perfect for visiting my daughter who lives in Edgewater. The train stop is just behind it so it's a quick 5 minute walk to hop on and go. There is no noise from the train in the hotel. ”Not a great stay, unfortunately. While the location is nice, the hotel looks a bit dated - the full-floor carpeting or something else causes the place to smell mouldy. My shower only had one mode, which was a hard spray, and my toilet clogged up twice in a 3 day stay.”

”The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though.”

The staff keep the property very clean inside and out . This applies to rooms. Whatever the age of the building the cleanliness is a reflection of the people working there; they care. ”The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy”

”This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat.
