”The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

”Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

”The side door on the right side of the building (looking from the front) was clearly not closed. It was broken to the point you could see light around the edges of the door while it was shut. Although, I didn't feel unsafe.
There was an isolated incident where the room next to us had a fire sprinkler come on. Our room had water to flow in under the door, but we asked for and received a very nice room to replace it asap.
The lady working at the front desk was very calm and took care of...

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

I was charged $10.95 to park my vehicle in their parking lot for the night. Ridiculous!
Bed was not comfortable, they had 4 pillows the size of a throw pillow for your head, you turned over and your head was off the pillow.
Would avoid staying here.”
