”This is an extra-ordinarily well-refurbished 18th century house just off the High Street in Dorchester. It is a stone's throw from Dorchester's best restaurant (Al Molo) and right near a lovely park with tennis courts. We absolutely loved the space: a well-designed, expanded kitchen opens out via nice french doors to a comfortable and private patio. ”The Old Ship Inn is the perfect place to stay during our trip to Dorchester and surrounding area. It’s a gorgeous Inn tucked into a very special old pub. Our room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We will be coming back here for sure. ”

”Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again.
