Excellent breakfast. Entrance is on a pedestrian only route so you will have carry your luggage about 100 feet from the nearest vehicle access. This did not bother me, but might be an issue for some.

Perfectly located close to the Vatican and accessible to other parts of the city. Quiet street closed to traffic with many excellent dining options within 100 yards or less. Decent in hotel breakfast with many options and entertaining bar man, Eddie. We were happy to upgrade to the slightly larger room with large terrace. The multilingual staff answered all our questions and were attentive and informative. Highly recommended!

The location near St. Peter's Basilica was excellent as you could walk there within 3-4 minutes. (Only 2 blocks away) Walking to St. Angelo and the river for a nice walk only took about 10-15 minutes. The hotel is on a pedestrian avenue so you could walk out the front door and have numerous restaurant and gelato choices without the distraction of cars and scooters. There was some street noise ( voices and some music) in the rooms (second story) but that pretty much stopped around 10 pm when the businesses closed up. The room, bathroom and facilities were very clean and up to date.

L’Hotel è situato nella zona Borgo pio. Adiacente a piazza San Pietro. La zona è ben curata e con Ristoranti e servizi di trasporto comodi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La camera era molto carina e completa di ogni accessorio da viaggio. Consigliato

Un joli moment...
Nous avons passé un week-end à Rome pour mon anniversaire en Novembre 2023. Arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons été surclassés, mais nous ne nous attendions pas à bénéficier de la meilleure chambre de l'hôtel, une suite exécutive, très spacieuse. Tout y a été parfait, dans ses moindres détails, y compris une vue imprenable sur la basilique St Pierre depuis la grande terrasse. L'hôtel est en lui même très agréable, sur une rue quasi piétonne, beaucoup de restaurants, très proche du Vatican à quelques minutes à pied. C'est un très joli souvenir et je remercie la direction de l'hôtel pour sa gentillesse.

Hotel location was great! Unfortunately, staff members are the front desk were not very kind…in fact they appeared dismissive at times. Got lost looking for the elevator and no one guided us nor assisted us with luggage even though we had to climb some steps just to get to the elevator. Breakfast was ok Lots of dirty dishes on the tables and it took a long time for staff members to pick them up Housekeeping staff were great. They cleaned the room thoroughly I would not return to this hotel as they are much better options for the money paid

The best staff in Rome! From the front desk team to Francesca the bartender, to the breakfast staff, everyone was so very helpful. I would stay here again. Terrific breakfast each morning, great location (Only 400m to St. Peter's square. Great value for the money. Not to mention some great restaurants on the same street.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful! They gave us a free upgrade to a large beautiful room. The hotel is very clean and a good location. We will return next time we come to Roma!

We booked this hotel based on positive reviews of hotels in the area of the Vatican. It did not disappoint. We booked two nights: one just before our cruise and one just after the cruise. The first night we were given a room with a king size bed; it was cozy, clean and convenient. The elevator really helps, though if you require accessibility you should mention this in advance as there are two extra steps to get to half of the rooms. Outside the door, from dawn to late night, there are many restaurants offering alfresco dining. So many delicious options between the hotel and the Vatican less than half a mile away. One of the hotel employees, Chiara, spoke English like an American, and was tremendously helpful re: our arrangements for a private car to transport us between the airport and the hotel, and between the hotel and the port. When we couldn't find our driver upon airport arrival she acted as go-between and saved the day. Though we also needed help to connect with our driver upon arrival at the port (another hotel employee helped) we were definitely happy the hotel offered this service and would use their service again. The second night Chiara upgraded us to the penthouse with a balcony! This room was fantastic, with a fainting couch in the bedroom area, a separate room with a couch between the bedroom and the bathroom, and a massive bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Balcony views included St. Peter's dome. Book this hotel!

The location was fantastic and most likely the reason for the high price. Front desk was pleasant although very formal except for the individual who gave us directions to the wrong elevator which included stairs where we lugged our 2 suitcases up & down looking for our room - oops wrong wing. Went back down to go to other wing via a different elevator. They had nicely stored our luggage when we arrived at 9:30AM. We were then off to see the Vatican Museum & St Peters and informed them we would not be back until approx 3-4pm. Too bad they had not transferred our luggage to our room while we were away! Also even though they knew when we were coming back the room was very warm 26C and did not cool down for several hours after the sun went down. Again would have been nice that they had lowered the romm thermostat before we got back. Again area was fantastic several nice restaurants with lots of seating ourside and very nice during the evening! In the evening outside we then felt we were in Rome!

This is a good base, nice hotel with helpful staff. My only gripe was that the coffee machine in the room wasn't working when we arrived and it took two days for someone to come and fix it. Luckily Rome is awash with good coffee but sometime you just want one in your room!

All personnel are nice and welcoming, and understood English well. In particular: Chiara speaks English like an American native and was comfortable with texting information on the spot as my husband and I tried to find our driver. Thanks to her he found us at the airport and we had a lovely drive to Rome. She also arranged for our drive from the hotel to the port the next day.

Wonderful location with friendly helpful staff. Hotel very nice and clean, maybe check your room isn’t next to a room service cupboard as it was noisy with the door and also check your shower as pressure was very low. But would stay again

This place was so nice. so clean and modern. breakfast and coffee every morning was an absolute game changer, best hotel food I have ever had and it didn’t even cost us a cent. this place is so worth staying at! walking distance to everything, in a location where it just couldn’t get better. staff were so lovely and nice o us coming all the way from new zealand!

it is in a very convenient area to get to any of the sights of Rome. There are also many dining options right outside the door.
