AKKU ETUASEMASSA

Jos aiot tulla iankaikkiseen kaupunkiin romanttiseen lomalle, perhelomalle tai pitää hauskaa ystävien kanssa, oikea paikka yöpyä on La Finestra di Fronte -huoneistomme !!
Huoneisto on noin 80 neliömetriä, suurella sisäänkäynnillä, ja siinä on 3 maku- ja huomiovarustettua makuuhuonetta (ilmainen pinnasänky alle 3-vuotiaille lapsille), joissa kaikissa on taulutelevisio; Täysin varusteltu keittiö, josta löydät mikroaaltouunin, moka-kahvinkeittimen, espresso- tai cappuccino-koneen ja vierailusi kannalta tarpeelliset kuumat juomat, astiat ja kattilat, astianpesukoneen ja pesukoneen.
Kolme kylpyhuonetta ovat toimivia ja varustettu hiustenkuivaajalla, suihkulla (yksi myös vesihierontaa!), liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet ovat aina puhtaita ja tuoksuvia.
Siivous saapuessa ja lähtiessä on ilmaista ja tarkkaa!

Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä metrolinjaa '' SAN GIOVANNI ''.

Vieraille, joiden on päästävä asuntoon autolla, he voivat pysäköidä autonsa rakennuksen ympäristöön tai halutessaan saapuessaan pyytää tietoja vartioiduista autotalleista (maksua vastaan).

Convenient Jewel!

Let me tell you this VRBO was like a diamond in the rough. Very secure and gated!!! Compact with TV's, bathrooms/ bedrooms; Valerie even left food in the refrigerator and breakfast treats for the morning. She also gave us tips for sightseeing with directions!! This Vrbo was near essentials; grocery store, pharmacy, laundromat, restaurants & post office. It was steps away from the bus and railway that takes you to historic sites; Colosseum etc. We felt safe and so pleased that whenever we are back in Rome this will be our home away from home

I booked this place for my three grown sons and their significant others, and it was absolutely perfect for three couples. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms provided plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Valerie was a wonderful host—very responsive and attentive, especially when my kids needed anything. It gave me real peace of mind knowing they were staying in a safe, comfortable place with a reliable local contact if they needed help.

Amazing host

Valerie was so helpful, she was there to check us in and gave us lots of helpful information about local amenities and restaurants and where to go for trains and buses. My daughter was there to run her first Marathon so we were all very grateful to Valerie for her calmness and efficiency. Great place to stay and lovely host, highly recommend.

Home owner adds value to this apartment

Valerie owns the home and added tons of value to our stay. She met us at check-in and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She had stocked the kitchen with some essentials (coffee, cereal, drinks, etc.) which was a really nice touch. Market just steps away which made cooking some meals in the unit very easy (and cost effective). Apartment is a bus or train ride away from the main tourist sites, but public transportation was really easy. Apartment was quiet, safe, and has 3 bed/baths which is really nice. Bedroom AC units help a lot. Italy is hot in July. I would recommend this unit to fellow travelers.

Great location!

This property was perfect. three private bedroom suites, each with their own toilettes and showers matched our needs. It is conveniently located near bus and Metro stops. It was very easy to get to Termini, Colosseum, Vatican, museums, Trastevere and all the neighborhoods in Rome. Also grocery, pharmacy and restaurants are just around the corner. Valerie was very helpful and nice. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Only downside was odor from one of the toilettes. Maybe a venting problem.

Great place to stay outside of city center!

My friends and I stayed in this apartment when travelling in Rome. Valerie accommodated us and was able to get us an early check-in!! The apartment was perfect for the 5 for us. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and big windows that could open but also air conditioning units. The apartment itself was super clean and in a great location (about 20 minutes on foot to Colosseum) with a gelato place, grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner! The neighbourhood was super friendly and we felt very safe there. Definitely recommend Valerie’s place to anyone who is looking to visit Rome!

Great place and very hospitable owner

We enjoyed very much our stay. We where two couples. Had each our own rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and as described. Valerie was very helpful when we checked in. She gave us tips and suggestions for our stay in Rome. When we checked out there was a strike with the bus and train system. We arranged for a taxi pick up. She waited with us Neil the taxi driver arrived. Later sent me a text to make sure we made it fine to our final destination. That was very nice of her. Definitely recommend not only because of the property location but also the amenities that it had.

Superior Stat

Valerie was so accommodating and very helpful. The rental is very close to the metro station. You can also grab a cab just down the road. Loved the air conditioning in each bedroom, it was hot in Rome! Grocery store and dine restaurants right around the corner. Felt very safe in gated area. Rental was very clean and Valerie is a superior host. If I could return I would love to stay there again!

Helpful manager, nice location

This is a quiet, non-touristy location within a 5-10 minute walk to the San Giovanni Metro station. Great bakery and restaurant around the corner, as well as a pizza place and grocery store. Valerie, the property manager, was fantastic about communicating with me and answering questions! We were traveling with my mobility impaired parents and though this property wasn't ideal for that (not many are in Italy) she was very helpful to us. The only down side to our stay was it was almost impossible to get a taxi, and my parents required this to go anywhere, as they couldn't do public transit. This is a problem Italy-wide, however. For a quiet, inexpensive Rome getaway, I highly recommend The Window in Front!

Summer Rome Adventure

Great host. Each room having its own bathroom was a plus. The living area is small, but as a base for our adventures in Rome it was perfect. Convenient to the metro and at least one bus line.

Valerie is amazing

We were in Rome for 3 nights and Valerie’s place was amazing. It is located on the 1st floor (which is like the 2nd) in Italy 0 is the ground floor. Valerie helped us not only get reliable transportation but helped us acclimate to the area by showing us where everything was. The metro is about a 10 min walk. Trevi fountain and the colosseum are both within walking distance (30-45 min) or a quick cab ride. The place was very clean and secure. Valerie had some goodies for us and was kind and available. The flat is in a gated complex and while the surrounding area didn’t look great, we felt safe.

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was close to the coliseum and many other sights. Also in a very nice neighborhood that has everything you would need. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Ilaria arranged transport from the airport and was a great blessing. Thank you Ilaria.
