The worst “hotel”. They show something on the pictures and when you get to the building is not true. We paid a lot for 2 nights in a place that was not even a cent worth it. Choose other spot, not worth it… we came after 6pm and there was no one in the reception, they left the keys on a box and left a letter with few details and at the end said: IF YOU HAVE MORE QUESTIONS DONT CALL US… terrific, dont risk tour trip.

The location of the property made it very convenient to walk to attractions. Also, there were some very good restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Very economical for our post cruise stay and would stay there again. I felt very safe walking in the surrounding area.

NIce hotel, a little hard to find!
the only issue was they do not staff the reception desk after 5pm. If you need a taxi and want them to order one, do it while they are at the desk so you don't get a overpriced taxi which we experienced one time. Otherwise, very nice and good location, far from Vatican however so need of taxi. When the staff was there, they were very friendly and helpful! It was slightly hard to find where the hotel was located but we figured it out. there is no sign outside the building. Big green door, hotel is on the 3rd floor.

We had a spacious room and it was quite quiet. Very nice to rest after travel or a busy day exploring Rome. Good access to the Metro, too.

Close walk to the train station, friendly staff. The room we got was a little loud as it was right in front of the reception desk. The only complaint would be the ac wasn’t cold enough or very powerful, I normally wouldn’t care but we visited rome when it was 35 degrees so it was a little hard to sleep at night: But other then that, great property. Just keep in mind it’s not a typical hotel it’s located on the 3rd floor.

We had a room for 10 nights sleeping three, my sister and my daughter and me. The beds were comfortable and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The cappuccinos were the best part of the morning. It was a free continental breakfast. I would like to have had more storage in the room, a dresser and maybe one in the bathroom or some shelves. There was a large armoire in the room and that was good for hangin clothes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there. The magnolia tree in the patio was so fragrant. We loved the smells of it and jasmine around the property.

Room was nice. Local restaurants within walking distance. Elevator available which was helpful as we were on 3rd floor. A family we met had an attempted mugging just two blocks from hotel. Seems like government building was across the street so was quieter area at night. 10 min walk to train station.

1A little different than a regular hotel being that its located on the 3rd floor of a building occupied by another hotel and various businesses. Once you’ve acknowledged that, the place becomes wonderful. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We booked the room with the tub, used it twice during our 3 night stay and it was awesome. The balcony was cool as well, we left it open at night, so we could hear the street noise and the rain. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was simple with pastries meats yogurt cereals eggs bacon juices milk and the amazing cappuccino the staff makes you. It was a bit of a hike to get the touristy areas like Trevi, Spanish steps pantheon maybe around a 20-30 min walk, wasn't a problem for us. There’s a main Street nearby that had lots of food options.

This property is so much better than I was expecting given it being a lower cost option. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and make a lovely breakfast included in your stay. The hotel is small and quiet but has a personal touch that makes you feel welcome. Would definitely stay again!

Read in full. This hotel ended up working out great but threw me in the beginning. You have to understand what this place is. It’s a budget friendly room with modern amenities. This is NOT a traditional hotel w a lobby, concierge, grand front entrance etc… The website shows a building across the street which is misleading. That is the “view” part of the name. The “actual” hotel is located in a non descript office building on the 3rd floor. At first sight, bags in hand I was very upset and started looking for other places to stay. Once I calmed down, the experience did get better. The interior was sparkling clean, modern and new. The rooms were actually quite comfortable relative to the tiny older hotel rooms in the area. The staff was highly attentive. I went out at night and there were a series of locking doors so it actually felt quite safe. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and we didn’t have any concern for safety. The location borders on the popular Monti area which with tons to do. It it walking distance to the Colosuem. It’s also a short walk to the Roma Termini station, but I regretted walking due to cobblestone sidewalks. It’s only a few blocks but worth a taxi with luggage. Bottom line: The interior of the hotel was excellent. It was just the exterior experience that made me very uncomfortable in the beginning. Had the hotel disclosed this, I would have better understood the situation.

The location is excellent. We walked everywhere in Rome from here. Even to the Vatican! All together we walked 50.7 miles in ten days, but saw everything! Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Spanish steps, and Roma Termini are all nearby. Hotel staff exceptional. Breakfast good, but simple. Small issues were iron leaks water and room maid always forgot to leave soap and body wash for some reason. Unfortunately 3 issues that were more disappointing: 1. Walls ceiling and floors have no soundproofing. We heard everyone’s conversations and crying babies around us. 2. Sewage plumbing smelled grotesque. Every drain smelled like raw sewage until you tan water in it. 3. Night entry difficult for even my petite wife to get through doorway. Only half of the double door opens after 5 pm. I would still stay here again, though.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel nur wenige Zimmer hat hatte das ganze eine persönliche Note was sehr angenehm war. Man hat sich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein gehalten aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super Séjour ! Nous conseillons vraiment, nous avons voyagé avec notre fille de 3 ans, et les monuments sont vraiment tout près, il faut juste prévoir de bonne basket 😊

Excelente estadia! Tudo novinho, quarto confortável, banheiro limpo, localização maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom! Perto da estação de trem central, metro e com linhas de ônibus para todos os lugares turísticos. E um staff incrível, todos extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Ficaria outras mil vezes. Amei!
