    The Panoramic Terrace: The true gem of the house. A large shared terrace overlooking Rome. It’s the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset while admiring the lights of the Eternal City.

    Dining Area: You’ll have access to a fully equipped dining area for breakfast, breaks, and quick snacks, complete with a coffee maker, a kettle for tea and herbal teas, and a convenient mini-oven.

    Relaxation Area: A cozy corner dedicated to relaxation, perfect for reading a book, planning your itinerary, or unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

    Extra “Spa” Bathroom: In addition to the private bathrooms, the property offers a monumental shared bathroom with a huge shower made of fine marble.
