We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. ”We stayed here for two nights before we went to Khao Suk National Park. The cottages were very cute, a little rustic. The mosquito netting around the bed made me sleep soundly knowing I was safe from the insects and geckos that may have made it in our room. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. They arranged a cooking class for us and a canoe trip and they were both great. If you are looking for a jungle retreat this is your place. ”

”You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style.
Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing.
The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced.
