Rezervasyonumuzun iptalini istedik. Telefonla bizi biri ile konuşturdu. İptalsiz rezervasyonunuz var dedi ve para iadesini kabul etmedi.Check-in dahi yapmadan otelden kaçarcasına...
”Excellent check in and very accommodating staff. Rooms are basic yet comfortable and clean. Hot water with shower and great sized fridge.
There were three really sweet dogs in the surrounding area and I particularly liked how the staff at hotel appeared to be looking out for these strays, said a lot about the staff at the hotel so got big thumbs up from me.
There's a selection of items that can be purchased to eat or drink at reasonable cost. Staff member on check on was super helpful...

Hotellista kuljetuksia Khao Lakin keskustaan, osa ilmaisia. Osa hisseistä rikki kaikki 3 päivää, kun olin siellä. Pääaltaan vesi sameaa, ylimääräiset suodattimet pumppasivat öisin. ”You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style.
Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing.
The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced.

”Very big resort with fantastic 3 different pool areas and quiet beach with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are well maintained and mostly in good shape.
We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. Finally, the 4th room that we checked had a fresh and healthy air.

”Lapsiperheille tarkoitettu hotelli sijaitsi kaukana kaikesta. Hotellialueella lapsille paljon aktiviteetteja, mutta ravintoloissa palvelut eivät toimineet alkuunkaan: tunnin odotusaika lapsille on pitkä ja yleensä siihen mennessä sait vasta tilattu.

”Olimme reilun viikon kyseisessä hotellissa. Villa oli tilava mutta vähän epäsiistissä kunnossa. Sähköt katkeilivat lomamme aikana muutamaan otteeseen jolloin ilmastointi huoneessa ei toiminut. Palvelu ja ruoka ravintoloissa oli todella hyvää ja aamiainen oli erittäin riittoisa. Aulan palvelu oli välillä töykeää ja ammattitaidotonta vaikka kyseessä on tämän hintainen hotelli. Altaat ja hiekkaranta aurinkotuoleineen olivat iso plussa!”
