”The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch.     "General hotel services (restaurant, spa, reception) were very good. The breakfast staff were especially kind, accommodating and efficient. The breakfast was also very diverse with options for everyone. The hotel is located in a central street near many restaurants and the biggest tourist attractions, like the Colosseo and Fontana di Trevi. Public transport is close, though arriving with your own car can be tricky due to limited parking possibilities at the hotel."
