”Nice central location with friendly staff and lower cost compared to surrounding hotels. The stay was comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Don't go to the restaurant next door unless it for free preseco, it was very disappointing especially the service.”

”I highly recommend this place, clean, family-friendly, and the person in charge was always ready to help.”

”The location of this apartment was perfect for us. Just around the corner from the Pantheon, but still very quiet. The owners provided us with great information about the property and the neighborhood. We look forward to getting back to Tome in the near future.”

”Damp, mouldy basement apartment, no natural light or air. Dirty loud dehumidifiers running 24/7. Misleading listing”

”We had an outstanding stay at Marco’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we booked, Marco was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He arranged our transportation from Roma Termini to the apartment and from the apartment to the cruise port, making travel with our family incredibly easy. His communication before and during our stay was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an...

”We had problems with the Wi-Fi; it never worked. And more toilet paper.”

”We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a warm welcome and we were given restaurant suggestions! The location was amazing and loved the shops and night life. We stayed with two kids and the space was perfect. Highly recommend! Wonderful experience”

”We initially booked a different property, but they had over booked and switched us to one of their other properties at no additional cost which was great, but wants really the area we wanted to stay in. The place was nice and clean and within 20 min walking distance to most sites. A/C worked well. Our biggest complaints was checkout. We were promised late 2pm check out and at 10:30 cleaners showed up and refused to leave saying they were told to clean for the next guest. They entered the...

”It was a great home base for our stay in Rome.”

”This apartment is the perfect spot to call home base for a Rome adventure. It’s close to Vatican City and walkable to everything in central Rome, and is a very short walk from the San Pietro train station if walking everywhere isn’t for you. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful - my departing flight got cancelled the day I arrived, forcing me to leave a day early, and the hosts refunded me the last night without me even asking! They also provided a nicely curated list of authentic...

”Great place to stay! Wonderful and timely communication. The apartment was perfect and I enjoyed the garden space. Easy walk to Vatican City and quick and easy to taxi/uber to other sites. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.”

”We absolutely loved this spot for our two days in Rome! It was so comfortable for our entire family and close to everything we wanted to do!”

”Great apartment in a quiet area, centrally located which made everything very walkable. Took a minute to find the front door as the address took us to the opposite side of the building, but no issue. Bring a carry on bag as there are 4 flights of narrow stairs to navigate to get to the apartment. Great A/C, great location”

”Isabella was lovely. Great location and simple to get into the centre of Rome”

”Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Rome and appreciated the apartment's cleanliness and convenient location. The Vatican was within the distance described in the listing, which made getting around very easy. One thing that caught us off guard was that the photos seemed to suggest a view of the Vatican, but that was not the actual view from our apartment. While the location was as advertised, the pictures created a different expectation. Communication with the host was somewhat inconsistent...

”I was very disappointed with my stay. The place felt so dirty and had a very bad smell. The host was condescending and the amount of repeated messages I got before my stay was very uncalled for. They were for the most part automated repeated messages and if I didn’t reply, the host would email me and message me on the app scolding me about not replying. The location was convenient but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The reason I chose this place is for the space location and amenities such as...
