”My keycard wasn’t working and they wouldn’t give me a new one because they said it wasn’t my room. They made a simple mistake but refused to admit it and let me in my room. Eventually a maintenance worker told them it was my room. The woman at the front desk was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.”
