”The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there.”

”The hotel was very nice and there was enough parking as well. Only down side was the elevator was down our entire stay. Had I known this before check in I probably would have found a different hotel. But other than that everything was nice. ”

The location was perfect, 20 minutes from the airport w shopping & amenities a few minutes away. Breakfast was like being at a restaurant. A special thanks to the front desk staff, they made our stay wonderful”

”Overall great! Pool nice and small/ not as long as online pix. You have to go to desk for extra tissue, towels, face clothes etc. The homemade chocolate chips and walnut cookies are NUTS! Just wow - so tasty. Free but will tun out. Room is only cleaned every 3 days. I would def recommend still!”

”This property is used for apartments by many. People grilling in parking lot, lookouts on the balcony for the businesses they run out of the rooms (girls, drugs), very noisy, room floor dirty, no hairdryer, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, rack with towels put on wall at a huge slant that towels fall off shelf, towels dirty, odd substance on shower curtain, toilet had pubic hair around it, shower head not very tall (i'm 5'4 and barely fit under it). It had a microwave, 2-burner stove top,...

”Terrible experience, cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain was full of mildew, I booked a king room and to my surprise upon entering the room in was a double bed. I called the front desk and apparently they got overbooked and changed my room type without letting me know. The fridge was unplugged when I entered the room , water was all over the floor and it smelled awful. I asked to be moved to a different room but to my surprise the lady at the front desk said that was the only room...

”The staff at the desk for check in was great and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The public restrooms and building were clean and stock with personal hygiene products. The free breakfast was not kept up for the length of service hour. I got down an hour before it was to close and there was very little to choose from, when you asked the kitchen staff if they would replenish items that were out and the answer was, we did have that on the breakfast bar. Who does not have bacon on...

”The only time we saw anyone actually at the front desk was the day we checked in. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned in the evening each day exhausted and had to get a new key for each day because they were changing the locks or doing whatever. It wouldn't have been so bad if the staff was actually around to help you right away. They are hardly ever at the front desk, especially the guy working nights! We called out, "HEY! Anybody here?" "HELLLLLO????" and still nobody showed....
