”Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return”

”The room was excellent with a nice view from the window, see the attached picture, but a little cramped to get past the bed (only about 12 inches). The bathroom was adequate however there was a danger of banging your head on the sharp corner of the sink unit when your were sitting on the toilet if you weren't paying attention. ”The positives: the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful, but not obtrusive. The room was nice, with no problems with the facilities. There are USB A and C sockets at the plug points. ”I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....
