3 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, joka on hiljattain remontoitu ja josta on upeat merinäkymät. Itse huoneisto sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä (5 min) Wemyssin lahden tärkeimmästä lauttaterminaalista, ja se on myös lähellä kaikkia palveluita, jotka löytyvät Rothesayn kaupungista. 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa parivuode, toisessa kerrossänky, mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen perhelomailuun tai pariskunnille. Upea, ammattimaisesti suunniteltu ja asennettu keittiö on tervetullut paikka nauttia ruoanlaittoon tai lasilliseen viiniä sen jälkeen, kun olet tutustunut saaren moniin asioihin. Tai voit jopa mieluummin vain rentoutua kauniissa olohuoneessa nauttien asennettujen puulämmitteisten uunien lämmöstä. Huoneistossa on uskomattomia viktoriaanisia piirteitä ja yksityiskohtia, jotka on huolellisesti kunnostettu. Karnikset ja puuntyöstö erityisesti suuressa olohuoneessa ovat erittäin monimutkaisia. Meillä on 54in älykäs 3D-televisio, jossa on monia sovelluksia Inc Netflix You Tube ja BBC I-soitin. Sinulla on ilmainen rajoittamaton Wi-Fi ja Blue Ray DVD. Really lovely apartment in Rothesay in a stunning location right on the seafront. All mod cons, lots of extras that make it feel like a home.lots of space and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return on our next visit to the island.

Excellent location, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host was extremely accommodating, let us have a later check out and book an extra night at very short notice due to train cancellation. Next time we visit rothesay will definitely book again.

This place is in an excellent location, close to everything you need in town, plenty of space within the apartment. My husband and I enjoyed drinking tea in the evenings while listening to the waves and playing chess. Gordon was very detailed with the check in process and with overall communication!

Perfect flat, with a beautiful view. Lots of space for the family & our wee dog. Everything that you need for a holiday with a family of a variety of ages. We have been before to this flat before and will visit again. The flat is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I love the decor and describe the flat as a quirky little museum. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again.

We stayed in this property for 3 days . It was clean and very comfortable. Modern appliances in kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location could not have been better , right across from shore ,amazing views and 5 min walk into town .

The flat was everything we could have hoped for. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Gordon, the host, has thought of everything that you could possibly need. we were a party of 5 adults ( Mother, Father and 3 20 somethings) and 2 dogs. We loved the view of the water and watching the boats. Food from local takeaways was excellent and delivery was quick. Weather was awful but we still managed to go to Ettrick Bay and Mount Stuart. Bute highland games took place on the Saturday of our stay. We were a little apprehensive about the ferry but the journey over was flawless. We appreciated the fact that as the flat was unoccupied the night before we could have early check in. Thanks Gordon.

Gorgeous flat a credit to the owner. Handy location and central to all amenities. Great views of the harbour. Gordon was superb and on hand for any problems that we encountered. Very welcoming and friendly chap. 😊

The flat was lovely. It catered beautifully for our needs. It is a short walk from the town centre and the views over the bay are excellent. All of the rooms were excellent and very much suited any needs we had. Loved the modern kitchen and the information folder was very welcoming and specific. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The property was a charming combination of contemporary and traditional. Lovely place. Everything was supplied including the beautiful view of the bay and Rothesay. Walking distance to town. Communication and accommodation from Gordon was exceptional. Only sad we won't be able to revisit in the future. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights. The photos dont do ths property justice, its absolutely beautiful. Rooms are big and comfy and Gordon has thought of everything. Weather was terrible so we spent time in the comfy kitchen and lounge watching the sea. Very peaceful but so close to everythimg you could need, shops, take aways etc We will definitely be back, the sooner the better. Shame Gordon cant guarantee the weather but he can guarantee you a lovely stay
