”Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.”

”The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.”

”Comfy beds. Otherwise, quite run down. Does have an almost pleasant vintage charm to it, mid-century looking fixtures in some places. Like being in Fawlty Towers, except there are no staff, and you're not quite sure if you might get murdered. Good value for money 4/5”

”Lovely quiet hotel and loads of parking with nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.”

”Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway. The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again”

”Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb!”
