”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”

”The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

”This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B.”

The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was.
