”The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! ”

”Everything at the place was awesome (although the swim up pool could have been a little warmer) . Butler service was first class as was the selection of free alcoholic drinks available in the room mini bar.”

”The venue is clean and provides everything for a night or two away as well as there been other nearby places to visit, eat or shop. The Staff were all very helpful and polite, every staff member interacted with greeted us first. They even went over and beyond expectations in relation to one of our party, who had severe food allergies. It's a great venue at a great price. ”

”This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice.”

”We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

”Rennosta ilmapiiristä. Aamiaishenkilökunta oli mukavan ystävällistä. Aamiainen erinomainen. Miinus puolena epämukavat sängyt ja tyynyt.... Samoin aivan kamala liikenteen meteli, jolta ei saanut nukuttua kuin muutaman tunnin yössä. Korvatulppia emme saaneet vastaanotosta, eikä löydetty kaupoistakaan... En palaisi hotelliin, jos huone olisi samalla tavalla valtatien puolella...”
