”The room had everything we needed and was good value for the price. But the level of cleanliness was not what we were expecting. Could have done with a deep clean and some new bed linen as it was a bit marked and old”

”hotel is ok. self check in doesn't work mostly which you would think they can fix this. rooms have no Aircon so if its warm i wouldn't stay there. they give fans in the room. its not a horrible hotel but its really on par with a holiday inn or similar. its not really a great hotel but ok if the prices are cheap then its not a bad place to stay. overall they try to minimize any help or extras to keep costs low which i guess is how it goes.”

”Main front door doesn't shut, there was a bed missing. And the only parking space was taken up by a van that looked like it had been there for years”

”Chose this property as it wasn’t far from the motorway to split up a long journey. Was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, with food outlets nearby to grab something to eat for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Was the first time I have experienced a faceless stay, but it worked fine. Parking was full and being used by work vans, so just had to park on the street nearby.”

”Very comfortable and well furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and free parking. Great communication and very convenient location for the train station, football ground or Wolverhampton centre”

”The Hotel was right next to the event that we went to. The bed was really comfortable, shower was great so the room was spot on. The staff were brilliant and friendly. Will definitely be booking for the same time next year. Price was brilliant as well.”

”Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

”Yövyn täällä aina Wolves:in matsien yhteydessä. Hotelli on lähellää Molineux:tä ja viihtyisä. Henkilökunta todella mukava. Aamupala erinomainen, dinneri hyvä. Huoneet viihtyisiä ja hyvät sängyt. Nyt juuri oli kuitenkin liian kuuma huoneessa, eikä auttanut että oli tuuletusikkuna auki. Hotelli voisi hankkia sateenvarjoja vaikka tälläkään kerralla niitä ei tarvinnut.”

”We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

”Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again.”
