”Could not locate our reservation treated us like it was our fault. Had a 3 night reservation and after 1st night put our stuff in trash bags and was very rude again. Never apologized for the inconvenience.”

Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty...

”Super helpful staff, super clean, loved having info sheet with all the amenities at check in, and great breakfast!”

”This property needs to fix a lot . Or at least post recent property pictures . I guarantee you people won’t be staying there. Carpet had a lot of burnt spots and hair on the sinks, shower floor. Towels very worn down. Rooms look like someone had been murder . We only stayed because the guy said they wouldn’t refund me my money. But never again .”

”It was a very pleasant stay, with kind and helpful staff, very delicious breakfast, and clean and comfy room and bathroom. It is also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. We will stay there again.”

”We had an amazing time however the pool and hot tub are so full of chlorine it was intolerable and our eyes burned so bad. I only lasted about 15 mins before eyes were bloodshot and hard to keep open. Kids lasted a little longer but not much.”

”The room was nice except for there isn't a soaking tub in the picture like shown for the 2 queen beds. The beds are old and broken down. That was one of the reasons I booked a room here. There is a reason they only have a partial picture of the pool thats because its maybe 3 feet longer of what is shown in the picture. The breakfast that's a joke. Its served at 6am. We made it down there before 6:10am and there was nothing to eat except for a burnt piece of sausage. They had cereal but no milk...

”The room was clean, but on the end of the isle by the back door. It was very noisy throughout the night, but was a nice 1 bed room. Variety of breakfast items, though you had to heat your own sausage and eggs. Otherwise, not a bad stay at all.”
