”The host is horrible at explaining how to use the front door lock. Horrible! After I was locked out of the room 3 different times they finally decided to show me how to use the extremely annoying lock. Then the bed was terrible and the shower leaks water all Over the floor. I asked the host 5 different times to replace the towels and the host never replaced the towels. They wanted me to use the same towels for 5 straight days. Horrible communication with host. Horrible”

”Clean and walkable location”

”We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

”If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. ”

La comunicación con el anfitrión muy eficiente, la cama se dañó y la respuesta en la reparación fue oportuna; sin embargo, se recomienda cambio de la cama, no reparación ya que no era cómoda. Pero contaba con sofá cama que nos salvó. Igualmente se recomienda si o si tener acceso a internet, ya que yo intenté coordinar el día antes para al llegar tener claro lo del ingreso, pero se indica que se da las instrucciones el mismo día, horas...

”What an amazing place, you feel like you are in a forest bungalow but close to the city if you need anything. The place is a lot larger than I thought and has everything you could need. Hearing the sounds of birds and seeing wildlife make this place magical. The host is very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this rental and will be back soon to stay longer. ”
