”⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Rosemay Boutique Hotel is a mixed experience. The property itself is attractive, and our room, while small, was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the extra restrooms in the hallway, which were helpful when traveling with family. The location is excellent for Heathrow Airport, but not ideal for exploring London. Although there is a bus stop directly across the street and public transportation...

”When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

”In the room, they serve free water cans, right next to paid ones. I accidentally drank one, and realised my mistake. They charged me £8.5 for a bottle of water, when you can have as much free water as you like. It is set up to trick customers. I asked for the minibar to be removed. They have glued the minibar inc. expensive water and snacks onto the desk, and wanted £25 to remove the mini-bar. I explained my religious reasons for the removal, and they agreed to take the alcohol out for free....
