”A wonderful experience. Booked following reviews from previous visitors and wanting to be near Somerton. We had Room 6 - exceptionally comfortable bed, lovely room, really appreciated the hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water. Quiet other than the door banging (needed a sock wedged inbetween door and frame!). Booked 6.30pm table and had a most beautifully presented and delicious meal. One vegetarian - only thought was there were only two vegetarian options, mushrooms with orzo (delicious)...

”The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service is very good. The double room was very clean and tidy. Also quite, though you do, as someone else has mentioned previously, hear the church bells. Have to say it was not a problem for me. The room was very comfortable, a lovely view along Church Lane and across the stone cottages. It has the usual room facilities. The bathroom facilities were very good, especially the shower, as it was one of the few that I have used in hotels that did not leak...
