”Great property! Clean and comfortable, close to the plaza and port! Great stay and nice folks!”

”Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Järjestivät meille veneretken El cieloon. Meidät haettiin viereiseltä laiturilta. Huoneet sopivan kokoiset. Suihkusta tuli huonosti vettä. Sängyt mukavat. Allas alue kiva. Ravintolassa pienet annokset.”

”This hotel has not been maintained. We have been several times and sadly this time was a definite last for us. First off the timeshare people are in your face every corner you turn. The bed was hard as a rock, the shower held water like a bath that overflowed out to the floor. Getting extra towels to clean up their mess was asking for too much. The bartenders definitely over serve clients and allow them to play loud music not always kid friendly. Multiple people beyond drunk and passed out in...

”To begin with we were lied to about our stay we were showed pictures of what our unit would look like and we got there a total different situation nasty I can go on and tell you everything, but it would take more than what this page would let me write”

”pool was condemned the pool and roof deck were not as advertised ”

”The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main...

”Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

”Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho ”

”Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend.”
