”Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!”

Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. ”Super cool! The hotel is beautiful and so is the pool area. View from the room balcony is magnificent. Room service breakfast was really good value and affordable too! Other food in the restaurant was just ok. Staff was super friendly, except when we wanted to go out at night, the receptionist was everything but eager to find us a taxi. Also if you don't like to hear bingo-game etc. activities from really loud speaker, you shouldn't hang out at pool during the day. Otherwise we loved it, good...

”Very nice find! Nice staff, great rooms, clean and well organized with view on the central area. Not sure if the inner courtyard was under renos but there was a number of construction tools and material that could have been cleaned up. Would go again!”

Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”
