”With the mixed reviews, I was very nervous to arrive at Secrets Aura. From the minute we got there, we were treated amazingly. The service was top notice. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always trying to make our stay a little better. We also got married while we were there and the Romance team was so easy and a pleasure to work with. They made it a breeze without the stress of a wedding. Only complaints we had were the pools were cold (It is December so understandable) and we found the food...

”Super cool! The hotel is beautiful and so is the pool area. View from the room balcony is magnificent. Room service breakfast was really good value and affordable too! Other food in the restaurant was just ok. Staff was super friendly, except when we wanted to go out at night, the receptionist was everything but eager to find us a taxi. Also if you don't like to hear bingo-game etc. activities from really loud speaker, you shouldn't hang out at pool during the day. Otherwise we loved it, good...
