”We visited COZUMEL 2 years ago and was looking forward to staying at Secrets Aura. We were disappointed that food and service has gone down in quality. Restaurants did not have a lot of items tochoose from and guests were relegated to buffet but that can get old. Simple things like amenities and cleaning seem to be challenging to request. ”

”The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. ”This was our fifth time staying at this resort. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent. The food was okay for all inclusive. Not great but you can find something to eat. The Mexican restaurant was pretty bad which is odd considering it is in Mexico. The snack bar and pool bars were great! The shows and dining experience has seriously declined in quality. I don’t think they have enough staff working the buffet dining area....

”It was a two sided review. First, I was put in a room that was at the back of the property that the view was into some bushes that I looked through to see a tennis court.
