”Super cool! The hotel is beautiful and so is the pool area. View from the room balcony is magnificent. Room service breakfast was really good value and affordable too! Other food in the restaurant was just ok. Staff was super friendly, except when we wanted to go out at night, the receptionist was everything but eager to find us a taxi. Also if you don't like to hear bingo-game etc. activities from really loud speaker, you shouldn't hang out at pool during the day. Otherwise we loved it, good...

”Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. ”The hotel is lovely, it was quite quiet when I was there which was nice and they let me have a late checkout. The cabin was lovely with 3 double beds in it (was quite expensive though for off season). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the hot water only lasted for about a minute then it was gone which is not great when washing your hair and the showerhead was not the greatest. The staff were absolutely lovely.”

”This was our 7th stay here. 2 years ago we kinda thought it was getting outdated but we were delighted with this stay to see everything prefect and fully remodeled! Even better than before! Very clean and very nice again! Best resort in Cozumel and we’ve seen them all! Only 1 negative is the staff trying to sell you packages and time share stuff. Very annoying as they try to hit you up everyday so just walk away from them fast or they will try to steal your vacation time with many...
