”Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in a room very close to the entertainment initially and it’s very loud at night so asked to change. They were able to accommodate. The food, especially at lunch, was not amazing with a minimal selection. Would like to see them up their food options. Also if you are gluten or dairy intolerant the choices were almost non existent. ”

”DO NOT PAY FOR PREFERRED in 16 nights not a single employee checked for any of the amenities that we paid for everyone uses those areas including next door at Dreams. We upgraded to a full ocean view room you could not see the ocean unless you leaned over the balcony. Items in the room were broken had to fight to be moved to a functioning room that we had paid thousands extra for. The food is horrible no flavor and always over cooked. They fed my husband part of a cleaning towel and management...

”Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”
