”I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again....

”Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff. Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. ”

”Appartement très propre. Service client très réactif et sympa par whatsapp. Système de check in par iPad simple et efficace. L’emplacement éloigné du centre ville nous arrangeait pour rejoindre Phantasialand rapidement, mais un séjour ici ne serait pas le plus adapté pour visiter Cologne. La cuisine est équipée avec le stricte minimum (pas de passoire par exemple). En tous cas nous avons passé une bonne nuit et nous y sommes sentis bien”

Tout de même quelques points négatifs : - aucun mail à 24h de l’arrivée malgré nos tentatives via la plateforme Expédia et directement à l’hôte. Nous avons dû l'appeler à l’heure d'arrivée pour demander à recevoir le mail avec les infos. - pas de necessaire de toilette ni drap/drap housse pour le 2e lit, communication lente de l'hôte pour nous fournir le nécessaire qui se trouvait heureusement dans un placard à l'étage. - 1 seul...

”Die Unterkunft entspricht leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Unser Zimmer war ein Kellerloch ohne Fenster und nicht mal 2 m Deckenhöhe. Es hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Der Gastgeber argumentiert, dass es ja eine Belüftung gibt. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen. Aber falls es eine gibt, kam darüber der Chlorgeruch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verläuft ziemlich random. Es kommen fast ausschließlich Anweisungen auf Englisch, wie der Zugang zur Unterkunft, der Check in und out etc. ablaufen...

”Für zwei Gäste wären zwei Stühle schön gewesen. Anleitungen von Herd, Mikrowelle und Fernseher wären auch gut gewesen. Wenn man Nachts mal aufstehen musste, konnte man dies nur im Dunkeln da es nur eine Deckenbeleuchtung gab. Minimalistisch ist okay aber nicht übertreiben. Beim Check in ist mir ein persönlicher Kontakt lieber. ”

"Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä. Yleiset tilat olivat siistit. Huone oli ihan perussiisti, mutta huoneilma oli tunkkainen eikä ilmastonti toiminut. Asia ei parantunut vaikka mainitsimme siitä. Suihkun jäljiltä ei wc kuivunut yön aikana ja kosteus teki huoneilmasta raskaan. Ikkunaa ei voinut pitää yöllä auki, koska se avautui rautatiekiskoille ja meteli oli silloin häiritsevä. "

"Huone oli todella kylmä, sillä lattianrajasta veti. Huoneen lämmönsäätö ei toiminut kunnolla ja siellä paleli. Peitto oli liian ohut ja nukkuessa paleli. Myös kylpyhuone oli todella kylmä. Pyyhkeet haisivat voimakkaasti valkaisuaineelta, joka oli inhottavaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja tilat muuten siistit ja puhtaat."
