”The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had...

”Room was huge with a large comfy king size bed. Plush dressing gowns and towels. Air con didn’t cool the room down very much and although I had a balcony couldn’t leave the door open as room was near the road. Not that you heard it with the door shut. Lovely hotel. Great location an beautiful views. ”

”Well designed, comfortable modern room with view of the Thames. Use of secure car park just next to the hotel. Ideally located for stay after visit to RHS Wisley. Great access to London by train. Excellent bar and super menu with something for all in the restaurant… All in all when topped up by super staff this is a great little hotel and deserves its burgeoning reputation! Hope to get down from Yorkshire again sometime and will definitely look to stay again!”

”Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard.
Overall I give 4/5 stars.”
