”Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms.
Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.”

”The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. This is a small area and two hotels, based on the outside look, this is the nicer of the two. Compared to prices of hotels in other areas with the 'name brands' this...
