”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”A good and comfortable hotel in the heart of the Chicago Loop. All downtown attractions within walking distance. Bag storage also at the hotel.”

”The room was great, clean and very confortable. Did not have valet parking like it says in website or at least there wasnt anyone at the moment i arrived at the hotel. The website does not show price of parking and found out that was $79 per night, a little to much for not been valet.”

”The pool table could use a maintenance on the sticks were broken also some of our towels in the second room were dirty room 2211 overall was a nice stay we enjoy it . Staff was very friendly and helpful .”
