”Wonderful new hotel in downtown Anchorage. Stayed in the least expensive room and it was full of thoughtful easy to use conveniences. Hooks everywhere great Wi-Fi beds were awesome with super good pillow choices. Good blackout blinds. Lovely aesthetics, easy to come and go. Worth it.”

”I had an unplanned visit to Anchorage, an Emergency at Providence Medical Centre, I found this place and it was perfect for my needs. It was close to the hospital, there were food venues nearby.
The property itself was situated in quite a quiet are. The studio that I staid in was very well equipped with cooker, oven, full fridge freezer as well as pots, pans, and full kitchen equipment. There was also a free laundry room.
It was clean and tidy, with fresh towels and sundries. It was perfect...

”The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????”

”Loved it! We’ve never had a bad experience staying here. Staff has always been super helpful and very polite. Rooms and hallways are always clean. Beautiful place to stay. The continental breakfast is always accommodating. 10/10 would recommend ”

”Estuve una noche con mi famllia. Bonito hotel bien ubicado. Cerca de estacion de tren. En mi opinión, todo Alaska se ve sucio sin mantenimiento.....deberian invertir y mejorar su aspecto. ”
”We didn't feel the area was that safe and i would even say this for downtown Anchorage. There were many homeless people and it was very sad. Some seemed agitated.”

”Was very impressed with room size and comforts. Staff we dealt with were all good at their jobs. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Two free drinks in lounge between 5:30 and 7:30 was a nice touch”

”It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient.”

”As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe at this property. I did not use the laundry facility, but would have been comfortable doing that if I needed it. It was well lit and there was always parking close to the door. I felt that it was very clean even for being a little dated. It was very clean and neat.”
