”This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel.”

”We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

”I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. ”Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily ”

”A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, ”

”Friendly staff and a well maintained property. Easy to get to airport but not so close you would here planes all day. Also good restaurants nearby.”

”Went to breakfast at 8:30. There was no coffee, small amount of eggs were cold. No gravy. Biscuits were burnt on top. Out of creamer. We told the desk and someone came to start restocking. She was very nice but I was t hungry by then. Everything else was good. We came back for a second night. ”
