”This was the absolute worst travel stop ive ever made! The first room they put me in, the microwave was a science experiment on the inside. The mirrors had dust on the glass and probably not wiped down in at least 6 months and the smell in the room was putrid. The saftey lach on the door was broke.”

”The photos do match at all. Upon arrival there is no front desk worker, instead they appear on a video screen and are remote workers (they were very kind and had a good service). When we go to our room, the door was opened and a woman was inside cleaning paint. There was paint everywhere and the room was dirty. Went back to the guy on the screen and asked for a new room. He issued us new keys and when we went to the new room, the door was cracked open, but no one was in there this time. The...

”Staff was very friendly. At checkout even though slightly before 6am we were told to help ourselves to breakfast before we left. Room was disappointing other than bed. Blinds were broken, tub backed up and someone else’s hair came up, no fan in bathroom, toilet handle loose and about to break. Not what you expect from Hampton.”
