”The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We were pleased our little dog was welcome and happy there was plenty of grass for her to explore! The only thing we would recommend is that the pillows were small and too squishy. ”Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard.”

”Staff was great, helpful and kind. Property was perfectly locate to food, shops, and entertainment. Overall great stay, just needed a little maintenance.”

”Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

”The location of this property was great—close to a lot of things, easy access to the highway, etc. The room was mostly clean, although I did touch up a bit with my own Clorox wipes a few spots that looked questionable. The stairwell and hallway had kind of a funky smell, but the room itself was fine. My biggest concern was the security of the building. People kept propping the exterior door closest to my room. ”The "included" breakfast was not worth $12.00. One ice machine was broken. The other one was out of ice.”

”Clean and beautiful room. Staff had excellent and overly exceeded my expectations!”

”The customer service was excellent on arrival, however that morning when we went to eat breakfast, the lady preparing was taking everything away about 20 minutes til. We ask for milk for my grandson that’s 5 for milk, she was very rude and told us the milk was gone, she had already taken butter, and everything else out of refrigerator.”

”It’s a place to lay your head but only issue I had was the room key card not working, and the fact you had to close the door kinda hard to get it to shut.”

”The place was very dirty and smelly. My room wasn’t clean properly has all over the bed sheets the floors with stains on the floors it wasn’t pleasant at all. I well not advise anyone to book that hotel . I left the same day and I made them refund my money.”
