”A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”

”We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. ”PERFECTION IS HERE What a pleasant and beautiful location and place From the room to the food everything is so grande, yet at an affordable amount for all I am so impressed, even though I live up north near Leeds and am getting married early next year, I can truly say I when found my location for my queen Cannot appraise enough Staff are what make it and sorry have not mentioned yourselves but from the reception to the bar to the chef all great and excellent service and professionalism ❤️💯🫡 ”

”Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks on your doorstep and two local dog friendly pubs that serve food. The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. Will definitely visit again this summer.”

”A nice welcome on arrival and the room was very clean and warm. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk. A mini fridge in the room to keep water etc cool. The shower was good and also immaculate. Very quiet and a lovely place to stay ”
