”Heel leuk verblijf aan de rand van de oude stad, met zicht op zee. Vele restaurantjes in de omgeving. Geen nachtlawaai. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!”

”What a fantastic stay... loved the seaport view from the bathroom and the sitting area. Even though it’s right in the heart of everything, it was peaceful. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the rooftop is the perfect spot to unwind.

”Gamlebyen i Monopoli anbefales. Play del Mar var et et meget godt valg. Kun 5 rom, med kort veg til strand og azurblått hav. Stranden var liten, men mulig å finne plass i sanden eller på klippene. Svømmebassenget var baee 40cm dypt, men deilig etter en kveld i den sjarmerende gamlebyen. Air condition fungerte for rundt 30 grader, men burde nok oppgraderes. Betjeningen vr hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Frokosten var variert og god. Kommer nok tilbake”

Enda minuset var att det är en extremt brant och smal trappa från gatuplan upp till lägenheten, kanske fem sex höga trappsteg. Om du är äldre kan det bli väldigt jobbigt att lyfta upp bagaget upp till lägenhetens dörr. Jag nämnder detta då det på riktigt kan bli ett problem för några. ”This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning...
”Tranquillity in Puglia. Beatiful place, well and actively taken care of, maybe a bit too actively with regard to early hours of starting work. This is the only area of improvement I'll have to suggest, as working on the premises often took place at 0730 (i.e. change of faulty AC unit in the room next door, cutting branches with power-equipment, and even the cleaning of the rooms), as these slighlty disturbed if you wish to sleep until 09-10...
