”Huone oli siisti, mutta koska koko kaupunki oli kylmä, myös huone oli kylmä. Mutta respasta saatiin kannettava patteri huoneeseen ja myös lisäpeittoja tarjottiin. ”

”The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped...

”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”Loistava sijainti, jos haluaa pois midtownin hulinasta. Metrolinjat lähellä. Myös kävellen pääsee monelle nähtävyydelle. Huone jo vähän kulunut, mutta hienot näkymät 9/11 Memorialiin (superior-huone). Superior- huoneessa lisävuodesohva ei mahtunut aukeamaan. Piti siirrellä huonekaluja, jotta sen sai jotenkin auki. Muuten superiorin huoneratkaisu kiva. Ala-aulan kahvi-/teepiste sekä vesipullot oli erinomainen lisä. ”

”There was bedbugs / other bugs on the bed. Our feet and body is full of bite marks.. did not enjoy my staying here… ”

”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay! On other hand, our room and overall facilities felt much more outdated than I had expected considering the price level. The elevators were also quite slow and did not operate to all floors, which was quite frustrating”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
