”If you really want to enjoy your vacation, don’t ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them.”

”The premises of the resort were pretty good, almost of 5-star level. The total experience did not reach 5-star level, however, and here’s why:
- The wifi was a joke. I haven’t experienced a wifi this bad in a hotel for 15-20 years. Here it was below 1-star level.
- Food variety was pretty good but quality was about 3-star level. Beverages were of 2-star level. Only the seafood restaurant at the beach reached 5-stal level, except for the quality of the wines, which was also about 2-star level.

”Hotel is clearly overrated and over charged. Hotel advertising that they have SPA services included in price but services are very poor 1 sauna and 1 small Jacuzzi and they want to charge you extra if you use them. Good food in hotel. Beach is good. Waiters lack language skills and sometimes making jokes about guests in Arabic language , thinking that guest don't understand.
