”For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. ”If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.”

I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. ”The location is perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The unit has a great view, very clean and new. The owners/managers were very prompt and communicative. I was VERY hesitant to book a place without reviews- but this was an excellent choice. The beach is clean and private, people are friendly. I will happily stay again!”
