The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. ”This apartment is located on the West Bank within easy walking distance of the public ferry and water taxis which can take you to the East Bank. Mattar, the owner, was an excellent host and can arrange for your touring needs at very good prices. The apartment itself is clean and modern. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...
