”Even as a family of 5 we found our 3 bedroom sea view apartment to be extremely spacious and well-equipped, with en-suite shower rooms to the 2 twin bedrooms and both a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower to the master bedroom - there was also a full-sized kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry room, separate WC and huge balcony with outside dining and seating areas. The room and hotel in general were well maintained by Kenyan standards and very clean - the only drawback was...

”Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.”

”The property is in the middle of the Westlands; meaning it’s close to the nightlife. That also means you’ll be hearing the music into the early morning. The property was clean, with a friendly staff. However; no toiletries were provided. The basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, cooking pans. They advertise as an Airbnb experience; we found that lacking. It’s more of a hotel experience with extra space in the rooms. Which in the end is what we were looking for, due to our stay being 12...

”The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice?
