”My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. ”

”Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. ”

”We had problems when checking in because the payments from the Hotels.Com had not gone through to hotel. Luckily we were accepted in (after giving the number to my other card.) The apartment was good and comfortable. The staff cleaning the room was excellent; sometimes minor things were forgotten to do. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was occasionally much slower than expected. The restaurant is very comfortable to spend time. The bar is good; our special thanks go to Yusuph...

”The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly.”

”So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...
