”We had problems when checking in because the payments from the Hotels.Com had not gone through to hotel. Luckily we were accepted in (after giving the number to my other card.) The apartment was good and comfortable. The staff cleaning the room was excellent; sometimes minor things were forgotten to do. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was occasionally much slower than expected. The restaurant is very comfortable to spend time. The bar is good; our special thanks go to Yusuph...

”A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. ”

”This was the second time at Clarence House. Overall I will say it's a great place to stay. The staff are always great and willing to go an extra mile to provide any help requested. The restaurant also serves great food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely return again. ”

”The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. I did have to ask a 2nd time for an iron but other than that everything was phenomenal!! It is also important to know that this particular property is alcohol free (there is no bar on the HOTEL premises). However if you walk to the beach, there is a bar/restaurant there. I will be coming back to this property AGAIN ”
